Preheat oven to 325
Combine and mix (or sift) flour, cocoa, and salt.
Cream brown sugar and butter, 1 – 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add vanilla, honey, and egg yolk. Mix until combined add egg and mix until combined.
Slowly ad the dry ingredients until most lumps are gone, do not overmix.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 – 35 minutes. Toothpick test to determine if they’re done, do not overbake.
