Combine seasonings and bread crumbs in a medium bowl, mix well.

Add ground pork and mix with hands to combine all ingredients. Watch to ensure there is a consistent texture, colour, and consistency.

Form into eight equal balls and flatten to patties. Flatten from the centre outward to avoid a fat centre and crispy edges.

Fry with a light spray of olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side at medium heat.

Separate with small sheets of wax paper, bag, and freeze. To cook from frozen allow and additional minute or two on each side.
